As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through various projects. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is onsite/hybrid in New Berlin, Wisconsin. Please note that no relocation assistance or stipend will be offered for this position. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of the office location. - Collaborating with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.
- Utilizing understanding of customers' needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers, ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with customer requirements.
- Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.
- Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.
- Experience with an ERP, specifically SAP, preferred
- Collaborating with various teams to support ABB’s operations, ensuring effective coordination and successful project completion within the defined timelines.
- Analyze open sales order reports to ensure timely delivery to customer and invoicing
- Lead process improvement projects for sales order management function
- Support account receivable management for US MOSE customers
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field, in the United States
- Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
- Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
- Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
- Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress
