Position Description
As a co-op, you will:
- Support HR governance-related projects, identifying opportunities for improvement and exploring technical solutions to enhance program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with a global network of HR professionals, including HR Business Partners, Legal, Compensation, HR Systems (HRDI), People Relations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), Talent Acquisition (TA) teams.
- Provide operational support to the HR compliance program as needed.
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to improve HR processes and the overall employee experience.
- Assist in creating and managing a company-wide job description repository.
- Support the development and revision of HR policies to ensure compliance and alignment with global regulations.
- Conduct audits in key HR areas to verify adherence to regulations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with TA and DE&I teams to ensure process alignment with OFCCP requirements.
- Previous experience coordinating projects or working with multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in learning and developing expertise in HR compliance.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college or university
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Compliance, Business, or a related field
