Scope:
The Wave People & Culture (P&C) team is excited to bring on a Co-op for the July-December 2025 cycle. The Talent Acquisition & Operations Co-op will work on the P&C team and partner closely with our Talent Acquisition partners and Operations team. They will utilize strong organization and communication skills to help the team organize and optimize their online systems, as well as document systems that are housed elsewhere.
This Co-Op role is likely to include the following projects and responsibilities:
- Partner with P&C team members on optimizing and organizing our HR Hub intranet page
- Work closely with the HR Operations team on documentation and process evaluation
- Work with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team on identifying and implementing system improvements and optimization
- Collaborate with P&C team members and internal communication team on a website and careers page refresh
- Work with P&C team on ad-hoc projects as needed
Preferred Education, Skills, Experience and Interests:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive learner with a curious mindset
- Interest in working with systems and procedures
- Good communication skills
- Functional knowledge of MS office suite (Excel, Word, PPT)
Requirements:
- Working towards a bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field
- Able to come on-site at least 3 days/week to our Lexington, MA office
