HP is seeking a strategically minded Global Head of Digital Strategy to lead the transformation of its .com presence into a unified, customer-centric platform that supports both brand and commercial objectives. This is a pivotal role requiring a leader who can bridge the gap between marketing and store teams, consolidating the website strategy to create a seamless, high-performance experience. You will oversee a team of roughly 30 digital experts, acting as a brand guardian for the website, while shaping the customer journey, digital strategy, and user experience.
The Global Head of Digital Strategy will not only manage the digital strategy but also ensure that best practices in UX, digital tools, and testing methodologies are embedded into the team's operations. The Global Head of Digital Strategy will also work closely with market leads, regional teams, and key stakeholders to ensure the website's functionality and content are locally relevant but globally aligned and consistent.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in customer journeys, digital-first thinking, and commercial acumen, with the ability to balance the company's brand-led and commercial-led goals. This person will have a dotted-line relationship with the Head of Store, collaborating closely on UX and digital strategy.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership-
- Lead the digital experience strategy team and provide direction, guidance, and mentorship to the team members.
- Lead the transformation of the company's digital presence, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience across web, mobile, and emerging platforms. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital experience strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and customers needs.
- Collaborate with cross functional executive leadership to integrate digital experience initiatives into the broader business strategy across the BU's.
- Work closely with the creative and technical teams to translate the digital experience strategy into engaging and effective digital products and services
- Communicate digital strategies, goals, and performance metrics to key stakeholders, including executive leadership, board members, and external partners.
- Act as a thought leader within the organization, championing the importance of a strong digital experience strategy
- Advocate for a customer-first approach, ensuring all digital experiences are intuitive, accessible, and tailored to meet the evolving needs of the target audience.
- Conduct and oversee user research, data analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking to identify insights, opportunities, and best practices
- Create and present strategic deliverables, such as personas, journey maps, value propositions, service blueprints, and roadmaps

- Utilize customer insights and performance metrics to continuously refine and enhance the digital strategy
- Stay at the forefront of digital trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance the customer experience.
- Lead the exploration and adoption of new tools, platforms, and practices that can improve the digital ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in digital strategy, user experience design, service design, or related fields
- At least 10 years of experience in digital strategy, user experience design, service design, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of leading and delivering successful digital experience projects for large and complex clients across various industries and sectors
- Strong knowledge and skills in user research, data analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking methods and tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, and the ability to communicate complex and abstract concepts in a clear and compelling way
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to balance creativity and pragmatism
- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and client-oriented, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
