As an HR Production Scheduler at our Kansas City Plant, you will play a crucial role in scheduling our hourly production staff. Your attention to detail and multitasking skills will be essential as you strategize on operating plans and drive forward-thinking initiatives that impact our bottom line. You’ll be part of a dynamic team known for its diverse perspectives and strong partnership with Shift Operations. This role will be on-site at the bakery and have a schedule of 2 PM to 10 PM during the week, with rotating weekends.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing
The annual salary range is $51,300 - $67,305, which is based on various factors such as location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing
- Data-Driven Management—Reporting on HR metrics, performing personnel file maintenance, and administering leaves of absence.
- Drive Efficiency—Contribute to efficient operations and maintain labor relations by accurately scheduling employees according to the plant’s collective bargaining agreements.
- Collaboration is Key—Partner with Shift Operations to process production paperwork, conduct investigations, issue attendance disciplines, and research grievances and complaints.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior HR experience with strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, as needed.
