About The Role

Responsibilities
- Leading resources in solving complex business needs
- Ensuring enterprise and architectural standards and processes are followed
- Managing responsibilities in accordance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws
- Providing training and resources for staff to perform their jobs effectively
- Encouraging new ideas from staff to foster improvements through innovations
- Writing advanced complex code for computer systems
- Leading the development of technical standards and performing reviews to ensure standards are followed
- Serving as a primary technical point of contact for external technology resources
- Possess extensive and experienced Software Development experience spanning over a decade.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of leadership experience
- Be able to set, communicate, implement, and achieve business objectives and goals through the direct management of others
- Be able to plan, assign, and direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline employees
- Be able to provide training and resources for staff to perform their jobs effectively
- Be able to write advanced complex code for computer systems
- Be able to lead the development of technical standards and perform reviews to ensure standards are followed
- Be able to recommend technical strategy and direction across functional area
