The Selling Partner Growth Team is a growing business-tech team, focused on accelerating the growth of Selling Partners by providing tools and insights that enable them to make better and faster decisions at each step of business growth management. Our Selling Partners are both small and large businesses, who rely on success in the Amazon stores for their livelihood, and who we treat as our Customers. We build software solutions with established Selling Partners in mind, and make these solutions available to all Selling Partners. We also make all of our solutions available WW, so that our Selling Partners around the world have access to the best tools to accelerate their growth.
This Senior Manager, Growth Recommendation is a Single Threaded Biz-Tech role. The role will manage a team of Senior Product and Program Managers as well as a team of Engineers to build scalable Growth solutions for our WW Selling Partners. This role owns the overall Selling Partner growth recommendation strategy, and is responsible of both defining the vision and measuring the effectiveness and success of the solution. This role is also in charge of delivering the vision through scalable and reliable technical solutions. This person is an expert in technical Product Management and has the ability to develop, lead, and inspire Product and Engineering teams to the highest standards of deliverables and in collaborating effectively with end-users, customers, scientists, designers and senior leadership. This role will not only provide strategic direction to guide your team but also influence organizational priorities, and stakeholders across Amazon to align on strategy, goals, and prioritization.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Basic Qualifications
- 6 years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytic approach and bias for data-based judgement. Experience leveraging customer insights to drive product decisions
- Technical fluency, experience of managing engineering teams.
- Experience with machine-learning/causal inference.
