RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data center or critical facilities training experience is required.
- Onboard all new employees for region.
- Deliver qualification program to engineers / leads / chiefs.
- Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of the operations teams and determine appropriate corrective actions to upgrade knowledge and skill gaps.
- Oversight of the training program (TDP) process.
- Ambassador to the Critical Awareness Process.
- Translate critical facilities requirements into training sessions and share with the platform when applicable.
- Coordinate and manage delivery of the site drill program.
- Build annual training programs w / schedules.
- Audit established programs, ensuring latest versions are documented.
- Maintain records on all training activities.
- Integrate client systems training into overall training program.
- Regional HSE lead; 5% of workload.
- Performs additional job duties as requested.
