About This Role
We're seeking a Senior Partnership Success Manager to provide internal support to our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will manage pharma partner advertising programs during the pre- and post-sale process.
Your Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with the Sales Team to understand client objectives and needs
- Develop a strong understanding of MyHealthTeam media products
- Implement and execute advertising campaigns to ensure delivery and performance
- Provide creative and third-party tags to the Ad Operations Team
- Develop internal relationships and effectively communicate media program details
- Take ownership of one to three independent accounts
- Assist partnership directors with requests for proposals and customer presentations
- Provide ongoing campaign management to ensure maximum revenue
- Campaign analysis and recommendations
- Prepare monthly client reports
- Pull reporting metrics from third-party measurement platforms
- Research competitive intelligence
About You
- Minimum five years' experience in an agency or publisher environment with media-planning responsibilities
- Detail-oriented individual who thrives under pressure
- Understanding of third-party advertising tags and reporting
- Proactive, results-oriented attitude with strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of the latest digital advertising trends and online media
- Knowledge of third-party measurement platforms (Crossix, IQVIA, Comscore)
