As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for transforming spaces according to client specifications while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their remodeling needs and preferences.
- Develop detailed project plans, including construction estimating and project scheduling.
- Utilize software tools such as ProCore, HeavyBid, and Prolog for project management and documentation.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to execute remodeling tasks accurately.
- Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate with suppliers for materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
Experience
- Proven experience in remodeling or construction management is required.
- Familiarity with construction estimating tools and techniques is essential.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software and management systems such as Civil 3D is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in building structures according to specifications while ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
