We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heavy Duty Diesel Service Advisor to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the diesel repair industry, with hands-on experience being a strong asset. The role requires strong customer service skills and a commitment to keeping customers informed on their vehicle repairs. Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates on vehicle repairs and addressing any inquiries.
- Take in new customers and schedule repair appointments.
- Provide accurate repair estimates and work with technicians to ensure efficient and timely repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and repair progress.
