Position Overview: Offering $100,000 - $125,000 annually, plus commissions, unlike any other brokerage out there. We're in search of an experienced, results-driven Real Estate Broker/Salesperson to join our dynamic team. You will be a key player in our quest to create the future of real estate. We’re looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of residential real estate experience, and knowledge of new construction is a huge plus.
Responsibilities:
- Represent our brokerage in the highest professional manner, always maintaining a polished, clean presentation and positive demeanor.
- Help clients navigate the real estate market with expertise, offering innovative solutions.
- Leverage cutting-edge marketing techniques to build the brand and increase client reach.
- Be self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed targets.
- Work in tandem with the team, contributing to our collective success and growth.
- Attend daily meetings at Mineola headquarters to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Use your computer and tech skills to manage listings, communications, and client relationships.
- Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and be prepared to leverage your connections to succeed.
- Bring new ideas to the table, focusing on growth and creating value for clients.
- Own and maintain a reliable vehicle for client meetings, property showings, and other business needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid real estate broker license or real estate salesperson license in New York
- 3-5 years of experience in residential real estate (new construction experience is a plus).
- Expert-level marketing skills to promote listings and drive business growth.
- Task-oriented, reliable, and motivated to succeed.
- Must be self-driven, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
- Strong computer and technology skills, familiarity with real estate software and CRM platforms.
- Must have access to a personal vehicle and be willing to travel as needed.
- Professional, polished appearance, and an ability to present well to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
