- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws.
- Help negotiate terms of agreements between buyers and sellers as needed.
- Support property management tasks, including tenant communications and maintenance coordination.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role; experience in real estate is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
