Position Overview:
As a BCBA at Mylestones, you will oversee the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans for our clients. You will work closely with a team of behavior technicians, families, and other professionals to ensure the delivery of practical and ethical behavior analytic services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians.
- Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct ongoing data analysis and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Valid California state licensure or the ability to obtain licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analysis.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
