TITLE: BILLING SPECIALIST
Robinson Aviation (RVA), Inc. and MedTrust, LLC. are seeking a Billing Specialist to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The selected candidate shall be seated in our Oklahoma City corporate headquarters office. Telework is not available for this position.
Required Experience and Education:
- BS Degree in Accounting or Finance or minimum of five years of federal contract billing and/or accounting experience.
- Both a working knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office and a strong ability to multi-task.
- Must have excellent MS Excel skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and analyze federal, state, and local contract requirements and company financial reports.
- Must be able to work in fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Must be able to balance competing demands, as this position supports two legally distinct companies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Deltek and/or Costpoint Software Systems.
- Experience with federal government contracting and/or public accounting will be considered an asset.
- Experience with WAWF.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, this person will be regularly required to sit for extended periods of time, operate a personal computer, visually inspect forms, conduct oral communication via telephone and in person, retrieve and return files in storage cabinets, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize software (Costpoint) system to create invoices in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare backup documents in accordance with client requirements and submit to clients within established time frames.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices.
- Follow up with past due invoices.
- Invoice timely and accurately within contract guidelines according to company standards.
- Assist in the preparation of burn rate reports following billing to confirm remaining funding.
- Support of internal, external and government audits as required.
- Acts as key member of project team for billing issues.
- Ability to work and collaborate across the company’s accounting and contracting teams.
- Skilled Communicator.
- Knowledge of FAR, T&M, Cost Plus and Fixed Price invoicing requirements.
- Ability to use COGNOS reporting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Provide immediate feedback for improvement across the invoicing process.
- Work independently and with the team to meet objectives.
- Ability to meet or exceed deadlines and prioritize your work accordingly.
- Other duties as assigned.
