Job Summary
The Project Manager at Myosin Marketing plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our campaigns and ensuring operational efficiency across the agency. This role is crucial for managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining alignment with Myosin’s profitability goals. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and internal teams to ensure both internal and external projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing daily project management tasks with a strategic focus on process optimization and agency success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication of deadlines, priorities, and responsibilities across the team.
  • Lead campaign launches and project execution, ensuring timelines are met and marketing strategies are efficiently implemented.
  • Track team performance and time utilization, ensuring projects are profitable and identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Ensure both internal and client-facing projects are completed on time by proactively resolving roadblocks or delays.
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure that deliverables meet client expectations while aligning with internal benchmarks.
  • Serve as the central communication hub, maintaining transparency and accountability across teams and ensuring leadership is kept informed.
  • Regularly update the Director of Operations on project progress, including key performance metrics related to resource allocation, task completion, and profitability.
  • Provide support for internal and external project tracking, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related field, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
  • Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or PMP) is required.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensuring smooth coordination across teams and functions.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and effectively in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

Required Skills

Must-Have:

  • Certification in project management methodology (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or PMP).
  • Proven experience managing project timelines and resources in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing campaign execution workflows.
  • Proficiency in Asana for task management and workflow optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills to track and optimize team utilization and project profitability.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with tools such as Toggl Track, GoHighLevel, and Figma.
  • Experience in client-facing communication and reporting.
  • Knowledge of marketing channels including paid media, SEO, and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities & Functions

  • Operational Support & Reporting: Act as a trusted partner in tracking profitability, team utilization, and vendor management to support data-driven decision-making on resource allocation.
  • Project Health & Deadlines: Ensure project timelines are managed, feedback loops are in place, and Account Managers (AMs) have the resources needed to stay on track.
  • Liaison Between AMs & Leadership: Bridge the gap between Account Managers and leadership to ensure projects progress smoothly with all necessary support.
  • Time & Utilization Tracking: Monitor and guide team time input to ensure efficiency and preempt potential issues.
  • SOP & Process Development: Drive continuous improvement in processes, creating and refining standard operating procedures for seamless execution.
  • OKR Management & Internal Projects: Spearhead the execution of internal OKRs and ensure that internal projects are prioritized effectively alongside client work.
  • Capacity Planning & Bandwidth Management: Track billable and internal project bandwidth, ensuring capacity aligns with the agency’s goals and identifying when vendor support or additional hiring is necessary.
  • Meeting Support & Follow-ups: Support leadership in tracking progress, gathering updates, and ensuring follow-through on action items during meetings, keeping the team on track without requiring constant oversight.

Pay: $74,062.00 - $81,855.00 per year
