What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Marketing position at MyOutDesk?
We are currently experiencing hypergrowth and expanding our management team! We are currently seeking a Director of Marketing to join us! Candidate must have deep leadership experience in both digital and traditional marketing initiative development from ideation phase & potential opportunity analysis to ongoing budget management to end phase initiative performance review and gap analysis.
Description of Key Responsibilities :
- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for organization’s marketed services.
- Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, PR, webcast, radio and in-person events, as applicable.
- Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Monitors competitor services, sales and marketing activities.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all service lines, promotional materials, and events.
- Directs division’s forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly and in conjunction with overall organization objectives.
- Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing target territories, quotas, and goals.
- Represents company at trade association meetings to promote company services.
- Assists other departments within organization to prepare digital collateral, manuals, technical publications and miscellaneous documents requiring marketing input.
- Reviews and analyzes performance against marketing programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
