Key Responsibilities
- Earn high-quality results by completing all assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines.
- Data entry, including setting up jobs in JD Edwards and attaching relevant documents.
- Obtain compliant project insurance.
- Prepare and submit subcontracts and work orders.
- Issue purchase orders and approve vendor invoices in IC.
- Acquire suitable safety documentation for projects.
- Handle various accounting tasks, such as preparing project billings.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and retention.
- Submit and file invoices.
- Prepare RFIs, submittals, and owners manuals.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail; send USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, scanners, phone systems, and computers.
- Answer phones, provide basic information, and transfer callers as needed.
- Efficiently manage the flow of people and information through the business.
- Serve clients, vendors, and other walk-in customers by welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- This position requires working in a Company-designated office.
- Comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and industry-specific professional and ethical standards, if applicable.
About You
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of general administrative experience.
- A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Familiarity with JD Edwards/payroll system module.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while supporting management.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A self-starter with a good attitude.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
- Flexibility to work in various locations throughout the week.

- Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. The listed salary ranges are based on our good faith efforts. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
