- Office Assistant
**Responsibilities:
- Assisting and helping the bookkeeper in keeping track of receivable and payable records
- Preparing and registering daily transactions
- Processing, starting to prepare, and recording invoices and expenses.
- Handling incoming calls and other communications
- Greeting clients and visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff member
- Managing filing system and maintaining documents
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands
- Monitoring incoming emails and forwarding or answering as required
- Faxing, scanning and copying document.
Skills Required:
- Technology skills, including computer systems, office equipment and data entry
- Organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Planning and resourcefulness skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
