Myrick Recruiting, LLC has partnered with an established equipment company on a Regional Sales opportunity (Equipment Rental) covering the Chicago, IL. market. Individual will be responsible for project management, developing new accounts and managing accounts in the Construction, Industrial, Manufacturing and similar industries.
Company offers a base salary and strong commission program. First year total comp will be in the $100k - $120k range. Year 2 = $150k plus
Responsibilities :
Develop and achieve Annual Territory Sales Plan which sets revenue, profitability and market growth targets.
cold calling, presentation development, delivery, and closing deals.
Partner with Operations to meet client's needs.
Maintain accurate reports and database records of customer contacts / activities and transactions.
Requirements :
3 plus years business to business sales experience, preferably within the construction, machinery, service or industrial markets
Bachelor’s degree or related experience or an equivalent education and experience combination
Time management and strong presentation skills
Previous experience working from a home office or out in the field daily.
Goal oriented, commission motivated, solid work ethic.
