Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

Start at Basecamp: Kick off the day at the office, ready to lead with purpose.

Manage the Daily Huddle: Facilitate a 20-minute all-team call to identify roadblocks and ensure accountability for the team’s daily “one thing.”

Drive Accountability: Keep the team aligned with goals and commitments, ensuring we follow through on what we say.

Refine & Improve: Set the standard, hone your skills, and drive continuous improvement in our processes and operations.

Work Smart, Work Hard: Bring your best self for a solid 8-hour day. Be creative, be heard, be impeccable. When one of us wins, we all win.

What It Takes to Be a Master Ninja:

Experience in the Art: Minimum 2 years of office management experience—be ready to learn from top-tier mentors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
