Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a RV Resort Assistant Manager at Myrtle Beach Travel Park. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, managing property operations, budgeting, hiring, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the resort.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Property Management and Budgeting experience
- Experience in hiring and staff management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of RV resort operations is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- General Maintenance knowledge a must
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
