Responsibilities

• This person will test and learn the product to be sure they understand the use of features and are knowledgeable to catch bugs that might be occurring.
• As this person walks through and tests features in sandbox environments they will need to be writing detailed scripts of all he buttons they press and the expected behavior of the application once the button has been clicked. 
• They are responsible to complete all scripts that have been back logged in order to catch the QA process up to 90% coverage of the system. Furthermore, as new features get released they will be responsible to write up scripts for these features also.  

Performance Requirements

• Great performance in this role will be measured by the amount of scripts written in a sprint (2 week time frame). We will be looking for 3-4 scripts to be written in this time frame as well as a proactive nature to learn the product in their first few weeks.
• If after 2 weeks this individual can begin to take on bug bash testing on their own this will be great performance and will allow the user to excel their user scripts. 

Qualifications

• Highly detailed individual dedicated to find the issues in application to ensure best customer experience.
• Descriptive writing detailing all the expected behavior for a QA Automation Engineer to understand the flow of the script.
• Highly communicative to detail to the team current work and the flow of written scripts. 
• Previous experience in a detailed role at another company or through a course at undergraduate degree level. 
• Collaborative individual that will proactively reach out to team mates if they are stuck or run in to any issues.
• Dedicated in getting all their tasks done in a timely manner and looking for more work to be done.
