Job Duties:

• Assist in loading and unloading materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Organize and maintain yard inventory in a clean, safe, and accessible manner.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of tools, machinery, and vehicles.
• Assist in minor repairs or notify appropriate personnel for maintenance issues.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards.
• Assist with deliveries, including preparing and securing loads for transport.
• Assist team members with various tasks around the yard or at job sites.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Physical strength and stamina; must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery maintenance is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
