- Lead financial strategy for multiple business units, partnering with GMs/Presidents to drive growth.
- Analyze key drivers, develop business plans, and provide financial insights.
- Create reports and charts to highlight performance trends and "what-if" scenarios.
- Track operational costs, variances, and trends to recommend adjustments.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Oversee product costs, pricing, customer programs, and margins.
- Collaborate with Accounting and BUs to develop strategies and monitoring systems.
- Manage month-end closing tasks, including purchase price variances and expense tracking.
- Perform balance sheet and income statement oversight.
- Calculate commissions and provide pricing analysis.
- Prepare weekly/monthly company reports, including asset tracking and transfers.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and drive improvements in margins, quality, and processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of experience in accounting, manufacturing preferred
- Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or business administration
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
