What are the responsibilities and job description for the Self Storage Customer service representative position at MyStorage Group?
- Full time 40 hour position
- Oversee the daily operations of our storage facility, ensuring efficient operations, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Days will be Tuesday-Saturday
Tuesday-Friday 9:30AM-6PM, Saturday 9-5

-Responsibilities:
Handling telephone and in-person inquiries and providing accurate information to customers.
Assisting customers in renting storage units, understanding lease terms, fees and completing lease agreements.
Resolve customer issues effectively and in a timely manner.
Daily collection of funds by phone and in person, manage, verify and balance daily deposits.
Monitor the different facilities condition and report/coordinate repairs as needed.
Work independently and with other team members.
Looking for someone who is highly motivated, good people skills, communicated effectively, including handling phone calls and relaying messages accurately, someone who is detail oriented, and able to learn/consistently apply company policies and procedures.
(Must be able to pass a criminal/credit check)
