The System Administrator III role is responsible for being at the forefront of platform management, architecture of solutions, infrastructure security & Service management to make IT Easy for our MS clients. This role delivers technical leadership and serves as an escalation point to the rest of the team. This role is also accountable for providing better capabilities in using our solutions while building better alignment to our client and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Escalation for the team
- Assist in platform evaluation, testing and rollout
- Perform architecture overview, vet feature / solution requests and bug requests
- Manage tool platform features, effectiveness, capacity, and availability
- Provide specialized expertise on troubleshooting, standards creation, monitoring, and system availability.
- Communicate effectively with other company personnel and management
- Document policies, processes, and procedures to allow effective engagement with department resources and services
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives and respond to customer events
- Maintain brand promise and quality assurance of Shared Technical Services
