A critical function for this role is the successful execution of our backup management and troubleshooting. This role must be able to effectively teach and document our solutions and processes to allow our organization to deliver on our brand promises. This role is often included in our critical response operations, providing leadership and advisement of recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, administer, and improve monitoring platforms for systems and networks
- Construct, administer, and maintain our management systems based on SME areas
- Deploy, administer, and integrate security services platforms
- Source, build, and maintain automation scripts and tools for the organization
- Proactively remediate system or network health alerts and event notifications
- Document system provisioning and configuration standards
- Respond to system alerts and to service requests from other departments
- Understanding of Management tools
