Mytechtal is leading an expansion to the United States. Through multiple Marketing efforts; podcasts, blogs, and social media our company aims to grow significantly in 2025. you will produce quality content to support the growth of founders in the ecosystem, while also supporting sales efforts.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development in a B2B setting, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and research potential clients in the North American market and across the globe, using cutting-edge technology integrating AI.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through messaging online, networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
  • Assist in sales presentations to showcase our services and solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our company's services.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to the management team.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology industry, and show an interest in web3 or Blockchain technologies.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of initiative
