Warehouse Order Picker (2nd Shift)

LOCATION: 30701 Carter St., Solon, Ohio 44139

Schedule (40 hr/Week):

* Quarterly Bonus
* Weekly Paychecks

Must be able to work the following shifts.

Sunday - Thursday

or

Tuesday - Saturday

(hours worked on Saturday and Sunday have a shift premium of $2.50 per hour)

Job Summary: The Warehouse Picker is responsible for locating, selecting, and organizing items in the warehouse based on customer orders. This role ensures that products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Attention to detail, time management, and safety are key components of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve and pick products from shelves according to customer orders using pick lists or digital devices.
• Verify product descriptions and quantities to ensure accuracy before packing.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to optimize workflow.
• Assist in packing and labeling items for shipment.
• Report any discrepancies or damages in products to the warehouse manager.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with inventory management and stock checks as needed.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet daily picking quotas.
• Help unload and store incoming shipments.
• Labeling & Packaging of product
• Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks
• Wrap orders before loading on trucks
• Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment
• Keep records of completed orders
• Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards

JOB OVERVIEW:-

• Two years of forklift experience.
• Two years of cherry picker experience preferred.
• Follow our safe packaging guidelines for order fulfillment.
• Inspect products for accuracy prior to packaging.
• Comfortable lifting 30-40lbs
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to drive tow-motor is a Plus
• Great attention to detail
• Diligent and punctual
• Good physical strength and stamina
• High school diploma or equivalent
