myTherapyNYC, a group psychotherapy practice in NYC’s Flatiron neighborhood, is seeking a skilled Practice Manager to join our team. This position will report directly to the Executive Director and Clinical Director and collaborate with the Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities of Practice Manager:
- Intake Operations: Handle all intake tasks, including responding to inquiries, conducting phone consultations, scheduling, and verifying insurance.
- Client Experience: Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and ensure a seamless experience for all clients.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are fully trained and familiar with all systems, policies, and workflows.
- HR Functions: Act as the staff’s go-to contact for staff time off, scheduling, and administrative requests.
- Team Culture: Play an active role in fostering a positive team culture by planning and coordinating team events, celebrations, and activities to promote connection and collaboration among staff.
- Office Operations: Maintain the physical space, managing supplies and ensuring a comfortable, functional environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Some client-facing experience is preferred.
- Adaptability: Enthusiastic about a dynamic role that evolves with the practice’s needs.
- Passion for Mental Health: Interest in the mental health field, with a desire to contribute meaningfully to the practice's mission of improving lives.
- Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing various tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptionally organized and adept at managing communications, work cycles, projects, and competing priorities.
- Effective Communicator: Skilled in professional, compassionate communication with management, staff, and external parties. Able to give and receive feedback constructively and tailor communication styles to the audience.
- Cultural Competence: Confident in working with diverse staff and clientele (BIPOC, LGBTQIA , people with disabilities) while demonstrating sensitivity to individual needs and biases.

Benefits:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Salary: $70,000-$75,000 per year
- Sign on Bonus: $5,000
- Semi Annual Bonus up to 5K/per year
- Flexible Work Schedule: Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days virtual each week.
