Job Title: AI/Chatbot Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Myticas' direct client is seeking an experienced AI/Chatbot Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for a hybrid, 6 month contract position in Waukegan, IL.

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5 years of experience in delivering information technology projects, or
• Master's degree with 4 years of experience.
• Relevant Experience:
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Test Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Track record of successfully delivering IT projects in a quality-focused capacity.
• Strong ability to define test plans and procedures in alignment with departmental standards.
• Experience with Agile methodologies in software development.
• Technical & Soft Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work on-site in Lake County, IL, on a regular basis.
• Project management experience.
• Preferred:
• Knowledge and experience with AI systems or chatbots.

Job Summary:

One of our key strategic initiatives is to enhance the client enterprise's efficiency-helping our teams focus on addressing the unmet needs of patients. To support this mission, we are developing an advanced AI-powered chatbot, AVA (the Client Virtual Assistant).

The primary focus of this role is to establish and enhance rigorous quality processes, including test strategies, automation, test execution, and real-world data monitoring. You will work closely with technical teams to build integrations and deliver enterprise knowledge and automation to client colleagues through AVA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the implemented technology aligns with business requirements and objectives identified by the product owner team.
• Define and implement scalable testing strategies, incorporating test automation where applicable.
• Utilize analytical thinking to diagnose system issues and propose solutions based on:
• Business requirements,
• User feedback,
• Data insights, and
• Cross-functional stakeholder input.
• Develop and execute testing strategies, analyzing results to derive actionable insights. Work is performed with a high degree of independence and is evaluated based on outcomes.
• Assess business processes and system needs, recommending improvements that optimize efficiency, particularly in relation to the AI-powered chatbot.
• Participate actively in client and team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations. Provide leadership in quality assurance planning and testing.
• Exercise independent judgment in problem-solving, with work reviewed for sound business decisions and alignment with project goals.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can balance quality assurance, project coordination, and AI technology implementation to enhance the capabilities of AVA.
