Job Description:
Right now, we’re looking for someone like you to be an HR Specialist for our client in Willard, OH. You’ll be the person who will play an integral role in overseeing their greatest asset, their people!
This position is ideal for someone proactive, with strong organizational and communication skills, who thrives on making a difference in operational efficiency and team support.
Please note: This is a temporary position with the potential to become a permanent role depending on performance.
Job Duties:
- Recruitment Management: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring efficient and effective staffing solutions.
- Payroll Administration: Administer payroll processing accurately and on time, addressing any discrepancies swiftly.
- HRIS Management: Utilize HRIS platforms, particularly Workday and UKG-Kronos, to maintain accurate employee records and data.
- Employee Relations: Provide support and guidance to employees, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with HR standards.
Qualifications:
- Must have prior HR experience, preferably in recruitment, payroll, and HR administration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS, especially Workday and UKG-Kronos, is highly preferred.
- Basic practical knowledge of EEO laws.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 6 AM – 2:30 PM
