What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Sales Manager position at N.A. Williams Company?
Primary Job Function:
- To aggressively promote, sell and service automotive battery products on behalf of a National automotive distributor in and around the Seattle, Portland, Salt Lake City and Denver region. Responsibilities include selling, product demonstrations, training clinics at the store and shop level, warranty reduction training, growing battery sales for the customer, and attending trade shows and customer show events. The field team will report and communicate all field activities via the battery suppliers’ CRM system.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3 to 5 years of related sales experience highly desirable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications required. Experience with CRM reporting tools a plus.

Physical Requirements:
- Applicant must live in Seattle, Portland, Salt Lake City, or Denver.
- Must have the ability to lift packages of warehouse size and weight. (25-30 lbs.).
- Must have the ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time. Overnight travel is a necessity.
- Must possess reliable transportation and be prepared to drive an estimated 20K to 40K miles per year visiting customers within territory.
Compensation:
