Acquisitions Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Acquisitions Analyst to join our team at n-a. This position will be based at our headquarters in Wakefield, MA.
Job Summary:
The Acquisitions Analyst will work closely with our acquisitions and capital markets teams to analyze and evaluate potential investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in underwriting and analyzing potential investments using Argus Enterprise discounted cash flow models and other financial analyses.
- Prepare maps, aerials, demographic reports, photos, and other materials for analysis and presentation purposes.
- Help draft investment summaries for review and approval by the investment committee.
- Support various team members on special projects, requiring creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or real estate.
- Minimum of two years of direct relevant real estate work experience, preferably at a real estate investment firm, brokerage, investment bank, financial institution, or commercial real estate lender.
- Working knowledge of real estate finance, solid analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
- Deep experience with Excel and Argus Enterprise required.
