Freight Forwarding Sales Executive

We are seeking a "Freight Forwarding Sales Executive" to join our leading global logistics provider client with over 40 years of experience operating in more than 140 countries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new clients, effectively selling tailored logistics solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to implement services, ensuring seamless execution and supporting client growth objectives.
• Strengthen market presence by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, including conducting daily business development meetings.
• Become a subject matter expert in company services, staying informed about industry trends and updates.
• Maintain regular communication with operations management, fostering strong collaboration to align customer needs with company goals.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy with clear financial targets, driving profitability and meeting ambitious revenue goals.
• Oversee the smooth onboarding of new clients by coordinating follow-ups and ensuring seamless integration with operations.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, effectively presenting and demonstrating the value of services to potential clients.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years of demonstrated success in sales within freight brokerage, logistics, freight forwarding, specialized freight, or ground transportation.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth with a results-driven mindset.
• Highly organized and proactive, adept at managing multiple client engagements efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex supply chain challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Travel Requirements:

Daily local travel required for client visits.

Occasional overnight travel (1–2 times per year) for meetings.
