Sports that we operate throughout the year include Flag Football, Soccer, Cheerleading and Basketball for kids ages 3-16.
Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to join our team at N Zone Sports Metro Boston. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and developing our youth sports programs, ensuring that all participants have a positive experience. Your contributions will help us achieve our mission of promoting sportsmanship and teamwork among young athletes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of youth sports programs and leagues.
- Manage relationships with participants, staff, parents, and community partners.
- Assist with developing and implementing program initiatives that enhance the participant experience.
- Supervise staff and volunteers to ensure effective program delivery.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining equipment/supplies inventory.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program management or coordination, preferably in a youth sports or recreational setting.
- Strong relationship management skills to engage with diverse groups effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of administrative processes is beneficial.
Schedule/Pay
- Saturdays (Extra hours could be available on weekdays)
- Pay starting at $25 per hour
- Hours are usually between 8:00am - 3:00pm on Saturdays
