Director of Emergency Services
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Salary: $118,019 - $170,000 (Based on experience)
Job Duties:
- Oversee service, growth, development, personnel management, and resource allocation for the Emergency Department.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory policies.
- Develop and implement emergency services programs to enhance patient care.
- Monitor department performance and drive operational excellence.
- Mentor new leaders and facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3 years of ED Director experience in an acute care setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Required); Master's in Nursing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration (Preferred).
- Active RN License in Texas.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS/ENPC (Required).
- Experience managing multiple emergency departments (Main ED 2 FSEDs).
Additional Details:
- Facility: Medical City Alliance (117-bed, Level III Trauma Center).
- Daily patient volume: Main ED (100-120), Haslet FSED (22), Saginaw FSED (60-65).
- Team: ~75 FTEs, reports to CNO.
- Compensation: Base salary Bonus Incentive (15-22.5%).
- Sign-on & Relocation: Case-by-case basis.
