Pay Range: $36 - $42, with benefits and a high possibility of additional bonuses!

Job Description:
SCOPE, PURPOSE, AND FREQUENCY OF CONTACTS:
Manages all operations and functions of the Emergency Department.
Manages the facilities stroke and trauma programs. Consults with staff, providers, other members of leadership, and Chief Nursing Officer on patient care matters and interpretation of facility policies and procedures to ensure department and patient needs are met.
Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI initiatives.
This position may also include House Supervisor management, as well as float pool.
Education, Experience & Leadership Requirements:
Nebraska RN License or compact state RN License
Bachelor’s degree required.
MSN or MBA preferred.
5 years of acute care hospital experience required, including experience in management/leadership roles.
Experience in an Emergency or critical care setting is preferred.
Current BLS and ACLS Certification are required.
PALS Certification within 90 days of hire.
NIHISS certification within 90 days of hire.
Salary : $36 - $42
