Title: Social Worker, Home Health | LMSW
Location: Great Bend, KS 67530
Duration: Permanent Full Time
Shift: Days, 8 hours
Schedule: M-F days, normal office hours; Will have days every once in a while, that require candidates to be there for a support group, on Tuesday evenings that last about an hour to an hour and a half.
Weekend Requirement: None
On-call Requirement: Not required, but as needed in emergency situations
Holiday Requirement: None
Any Travel Required (between more than 1 Location): Hospital, and home visits | Driving Radius: 30 miles, have mileage reimbursement.
Pay Range: $25.51 – $33.28 – $41.06/hr. (Based on Experience)
Job Description:
General Duties:
- Patients will be more adults than children but would love to find someone willing to do all ages. 60% clinic, 40% hospice.
- Willing to train.
- Not a supervisor position.
- Typically, will work closely with hiring manager.
- Required Qualifications: Master's degree (LMSW) | Current social worker licensure (LMSW) or LSCSW with the Kansas State Board of Social Work | BLS
- Preferred Qualifications: Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW)
