N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking a Financial Disclosure Analyst to support our National Institute of Health Ethics Office reviewing financial disclosure reports related actions within the office. This position is contingent upon passing a government suitability test.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical experience needed to assist with developing and maintaining a system to analyze and monitor the organization's adherence to the standards of ethical conduct, policies, and laws
- Collaborate with staff to review ethics actions including but not limited to financial disclosures, Outside Activity Requests, through the NIH Enterprise Ethics System (NEES)
- Assist with maintaining the Ethics Management Information System (EMIS)
- Review a variety of financial disclosures reports and related forms within a required timeline
- Inspect the submission of ethics compliance and government statutes and regulations
- Provide reporting to the team using EMIS and NEES to track ethics actions and provide reports.
- Answer inquiries and questions pertinent to submissions as well as general information.
- Assist with developing and writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) along with administrative policies and procedures
- Educate new staff on new ethical policies and procedures
- Associate's degree
- 1-2 years of applicable experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- U.S Citizenship required
