Facilities Shop Manager

$15-$20 hourly

• Assist in the maintenance and operation of all physical assets, including building, grounds, and equipment.
• Learn to develop and implement preventative maintenance in of the facility.
• Repair, replace, fill, and tag all fire extinguishers
• Stay engaged with industry trends and best practices to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Keeping up with inventory
• Maintaining the appearance of the facility
• Power washing/Landscape
• Maintaining the vehicle inspections
• Running errands such as picking up parts, picking up and dropping off extinguishers and other items.

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Strong organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and sharpen skills
• Basic hand tool and mechanical knowledge and experience
• Must have a Positive can-do attitude
