Aloha Mixed Plate, an iconic local style restaurant established 30 yrs ago at its same location on Front Street in Lahaina. Serving delicious local food at affordable prices, we are excited to serve our local community and visitors. The ideal candidate for this position :
Has 2 years experience working in customer service and / or the food service industry as bartender or mixologist
Can work a flexible schedule including :
o Day Shifts
o Evening Shifts
o Weekend Shifts
o Holiday Shifts
Has a reputation for giving great service to guests and coworkers
Is enthusiastic about sharing exceptional service standards with our guests
Can maintain a pleasant smile and demeanor throughout the shift
Has a proven sales record
Can handle multiple tasks at one time
Is self motivated, especially under pressure
Is a creative mixologist
Is able to maintain "on stage" presence throughout shift
Is able to learn and retain new flavors / ingredients
Communicates in person and over the phone with enthusiasm
Has good problem solving skills
Is able to pass and practice the Maui County Department of Liquor Test
Is able to pass and practice the TiPS training course
