The ideal candidate for this position :
- Has experience working in customer service and / or the food service industry
- Can work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Has a reputation for giving great service to guests and coworkers
- Is enthusiastic about sharing our Aloha spirit with our guests
- Can maintain a pleasant smile and demeanor throughout the shift
- Can handle multiple tasks at one time
- Is self-motivated , especially under pressure
- Communicates Aloha in person and over the phone
- Has good problem-solving skills
