Our award winning, Old Lahaina Luau is a well-established business on Maui for 38 yrs. We thrive on sharing the Hawaiian culture through food, dance and aloha with our 350 guests nightly. Performance Expectations:
- Keeps their dressing area clean
- Comes to show prepared with all items needed to do their shift
- Prepares all costumes, accessories needed for the show prior to show time
- Sets up their drums in the appropriate time designated by line captain or manager
- Puts drums in designated place at the end of the night
- Treats customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect
- Completes job duties as assigned by line captains & managers
- Able to accept constructive criticism
- Willing to practice each drumming number to meet to our standards of excellence
- Attends all rehearsals &,meetings called by Entertainment manager
- Respects and cares for drums, equipment and costumes supplied by the company
- Reports any broken or damaged equipment or costumes to the line captain or manager
