JOB SUMMARY
The Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and tracking data required for Greenhouse gas emissions calculation, pulling and entering data into Nabors Maintenance Management System, myMaintenance while performing administrative tasks for the Technical Resources team
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and track data for Greenhouse gas emissions calculation for scopes 1, 2 and 3
- Identify missing data required to calculate emissions monthly. Communicate with all areas globally to ensure correct data is provided timely.
- Verify the quality of the Company’s emission inventory and reports in line with SASB, GRI, TCFD Standards and Nabors METHODOLOGY FOR EMISSIONS CALCULATION AND REPORTING, Document number HSE-PRO-015.
- Ensure emissions data handling, documentation, and calculation activities are performed appropriately.
- Assist developing and monitoring performance reports and dashboards for Emissions
- Review maintenance and failure reports with subject matter experts and create unplanned work orders to drive corrective actions.
- Track maintenance and failure reports received vs WO’s created and report discrepancies to Technical Resources Managers
- Create unplanned WO’s for corrective items resulted from inspections, such as Mast, Substructure, etc
- Assist in manually scheduling certification work orders and adjusting work order due dates, resources, rig operating status, etc.
- Prepare plans and schedule for maintenance projects
- Review daily operation downtime and failure reports for accuracy and categorize by equipment systems.
- Manage action items from root cause analysis investigations completed by Technical Resource department
- Carries other administrative duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position.
- Assist developing and monitoring performance reports and dashboards for Maintenance
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
- Associates degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience
- Strong skills in Excel and database management applications
- Excellent analytical skills and process improvement fundamentals
