Job Summary
The QHSE Department Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the digitalization processes within the QHSE function. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with exposure to management systems and processes.
Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Templates Development
Collaborate with the QHSE team to understand documentation needs.
Create and update templates for QHSE-related documents, reports, and procedures.
Ensure templates align with industry standards and company guidelines.
Process Support
Assist in the development and documentation of QHSE processes.
Work closely with team members to identify areas for process improvement.
Provide support in implementing and monitoring QHSE-related procedures.
Data Analysis
Compile and analyze data related to quality metrics.
Assist in the preparation of reports summarizing key QHSE performance indicators.
Contribute to data-driven decision-making processes within the QHSE team.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
Basic understanding of management system concepts is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment
Data Science/Analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
