Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage customer expectations, ensuring efficient and timely completion of all repairs
- Coordinate repair schedules and allocate resources to meet customer demands
- Monitor repair progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Develop and implement repair procedures and protocols
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, including documentation of parts used and labor hours
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and resolve issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in repair techniques
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a repairs department
- Strong knowledge of repair processes and procedures for swimming pool equipment including heaters, pumps, motors, automation, and chemicals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with repair tracking software
- Must have 3-5 years in the swimming pool service/building/repair/sales industry
