Accounts Payable Clerk
Nachawati Law Group (www.ntrial.com) is in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk in Dallas, TX, to focus on managing our accounts payable. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for efficiently managing accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment to vendors entering invoices, posting payments, and communicating with vendors, merchants, and other third parties. This is an entry-level position.
Responsibilities of our Accounts Payable Clerk
- Receive and review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage BILL AP to track and pay invoices.
- Code and enter invoices into Intacct, our accounting system.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment information, invoice discrepancies, or other issues.
- Setup ACH, wire, and check payments using online banking tools for approval.
- Ensure payments are made on time and accurately.
- Maintain positive vendor relationships by responding to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain organized and up to date accounts payable aging reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
- Perform other duties as needed.
