QUALIFICATIONS :
Strong organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
Excellent customer service.
Positive attitude towards clients and co-workers.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Punctual.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Ability to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assist with supporting the day-to-day operations of the firm.
Assist attorneys and paralegals in managing and organizing legal documents.
Answer incoming calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette.
Provide receptionist services for clients.
Work closely with the client's staff to assist with the front office.
Take accurate and complete messages for those who are unavailable.
Promptly greet and announce visitors in a friendly and business-like manner.
Maintain a neat and organized reception desk.
Order and stock supplies as needed.
Perform other administrative duties as requested.
Responsible for picking up and sending mail.
Participate in keeping kitchen / break area clean.
